What is the Outlook PST file?

Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019 have a maximum file size of 50 GB in each of their respective editions.

How to Import PST file to Outlook 2019, 2016 and 2013?

  1. Firstly, Using Outlook, go to File > Open & Export and then click Import/Export.
  2. To import from another application or file, choose Import from another application or file from the Import and Export Wizard box and click Next.
  3. In the Import a File dialogue box, pick Outlook Data File (.pst) and then select Next to continue the process.
  4. To find the PST file that has to be imported, click Browse and go to it. Select the relevant choice from the drop-down menu in the options box. Select Next from the drop-down menu.
